I'm a product and UX designer based in Giza, Egypt with over 3 years of hands-on experience building digital products from the ground up. My work spans logistics platforms, attendance systems, sports analytics, legal tools, and entertainment platforms — always anchored in real user needs.

I believe great design is invisible. It's the difference between a product users tolerate and one they actually want to use. From discovery to delivery, I partner closely with engineers and stakeholders to make sure what ships feels as good as it looks.

01 Algoistic System Logistics · 2024 B2B SaaS →
Overview
End-to-end logistics management system built from scratch for Algoriza. Designed the full product covering shipping workflows, competitor analysis, and operational dashboards.
My role
Led UX research on shipping pain points, designed the system architecture, collaborated with devs on implementation, and monitored user behavior via Microsoft Clarity post-launch.
Outcome
Complete logistics platform launched and monitored in production. Ongoing optimization driven by behavioral data and user feedback loops.
02 Turbo Attendance HR App · 2024 Mobile →
Overview
Redesigned the Turbo Attendance app to resolve critical check-in/out failures and rebuild the experience from the ground up — now live on the App Store.
My role
Diagnosed core usability issues, introduced an in-app attendance sheet, added a news channel for updates, and built an employee directory to streamline interdepartmental communication.
Outcome
Resolved fingerprint deduction disputes through transparent records. Increased overall user satisfaction and daily app engagement.

Overview
Designed an integrated mentorship platform for the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA) — connecting entertainment professionals with expert consultants across creative sectors.
My role
Designed flows for three user types (experts, beneficiaries, admins), including session scheduling, Q&A, and tailored resource delivery. Built under the Masarat Al-Tarfih initiative.
Outcome
Live platform facilitating knowledge exchange and project development within the Saudi entertainment economy.

Overview
Football analytics system delivering detailed player, team, and coach statistics and reports — designed to simplify complex data for coaches and analysts.
My role
Added new analytical modules, improved report generation UX, and aligned feature design with actual coaching workflows through close team collaboration.

Enhanced platform used by football teams and coaching staff to drive data-informed decisions.

Childcare app for a Brazilian kindergarten enabling parents to remotely monitor their children's daily activities — meals, naps, play, photos, and medication schedules.
My role
Developed a complete parent-facing module with real-time activity tracking, media feeds from teachers, and notification systems for important reminders.
Outcome
Reduced parental anxiety and improved school-parent communication through a transparent, real-time digital link to the classroom.

Overview
Legal case management platform for law firms — built to handle case records, trademark filings, financial accounts, and approval workflows in one unified system.
My role
Designed the financial tracking module, built approval/rejection mechanisms, and structured the information architecture to handle complex legal data relationships.
Outcome
Lawyers gained full visibility into case status, payment history, and pending decisions — eliminating manual tracking across disconnected tools.
